The Nutrition Bar
Our bar storefront offers protein shakes, protein iced coffees, energy/protein juices (without the crash) and other nutritional beverges. We are serving our beverages to everyone who wants a pick me up, a delicious and refreshing drink, recovery shake post-workout or simply a quick protein snack!
Our Fitness Club
At Only Nutrition, we offer women a private training space that they can use on a membership basis. Our membership includes 12 sessions per month, which can be a combination of both guided classes and self-guided sessions. Each guided session is 50-minutes. Our space is designed exclusively for women, of all fitness levels, with the intention of creating a space where you can feel comfortable, confident, and fully focused on your progress.
Our guided classes are coach-led group fitness classes which combine strength/resistance training and cardio for a full-body session that’s structured, effective, and never boring.
Our members will also have the option to book timeslots where they can use our space for self-guided workout sessions.
Your Space
Train in a space created with women in mind, from the energy to the details.
Every session, guided or self-guided, is kept intentionally small (max 8 women per session). This way, the space is not crowded, but intimate enough where you can be familiar with those who are training with you and create a community environment!
